Reecall raises €3.5m to sell white-label voice AI to software makers
Founders Future leads the round as the Paris company's pivot to selling voice AI infrastructure through partners quadruples revenue.
Paris-based Reecall has raised €3.5 million to sell its voice AI platform on a white-label basis to software vendors, telecoms operators and outsourcers, the company announced on 24 September.
The round was led by Founders Future, with participation from Evolem, Holnest, Mesh (CCI Lyon), BlaBlaCar co-founder Francis Nappez, Sébastien Lucas of Choose, and existing investors. Nappez joins Reecall's board.
From direct SaaS to infrastructure
The raise follows a pivot. Founded in 2020, Reecall spent five years selling directly to end customers as a SaaS product, handling more than 30 million calls in production across 14 verticals. In 2025 it repositioned to sell its infrastructure to the companies that already serve those customers, running under the partner's own brand. Eight months after the pivot, the company says its revenue has quadrupled.
"We had a product that worked and satisfied customers. We still questioned everything, because the real bottleneck in the market was elsewhere: nobody knew how to industrialise voice AI across a large base of end customers. This pivot is not a change of course, it is the culmination of five years in the field," said Maxime Trouche, founder and CEO of Reecall (translated from French).
Reecall says its platform supports 80 languages and orchestrates more than 150 technology providers through its own technology, with proprietary AI supervising each deployed agent. It is working towards ISO 27001 certification, and says its partners in the medical sector are among the most widely deployed in French medical practices.
Customers signed since the pivot include Alcatel-Lucent, Obat and Simplify, which Reecall describes as the leading medical telesecretarial service in France. The new funding will go into the platform, hiring and European expansion.
"Voice AI is becoming an infrastructure building block: in three years, most business software will embed a conversational layer, and very few will build it themselves," said Louis Sautet, Partner at Founders Future (translated from French).
