The latest addition to the Conversational AI Marketplace, our directory of vendors building AI for customer conversations, is Famulor, an AI voice agent platform from Germany.
What it does
Famulor's agents answer inbound calls, run outbound calling campaigns and book appointments straight into a calendar. The same agent can then follow up over WhatsApp, SMS and email, working from one shared knowledge base, so a conversation that starts on the phone can carry on in a message. Agents are designed in a visual, no-code flow builder, and there is a public API and an MCP server for teams that want to plug the agents into their own systems. Agencies can resell the platform under their own brand.
The European angle
The pitch leans hard on being European. Famulor is operated by BEK Service GmbH in Kempten, Germany, says it is GDPR compliant, and hosts its database in the EU, in Frankfurt. For businesses that are wary of sending customer call recordings to US-hosted platforms, that is the main reason to look at it.
Pricing
Pricing is published openly on Famulor's pricing page. You can start free with 800 credits, then pay as you go at €0.15 a minute. Plans start at €27 a month billed yearly, and the per-minute rate drops to €0.05 on its Scale tier.
