Exclusive: Neil Marley, of Qualyfi: Building an AI assistant for technology delivery & consulting teams
It's time once again for another exclusive interview, this time with Neil Marley, CEO of Qualyfi. I sat down with Neil to find out more about askQ, the company's dedicated AI assistant built for technology delivery and consulting teams.
AskQ is an LLM/RAG-enabled solution that provides 24/7 contextual answers for anyone working in your technology environment - so it's especially useful for consulting and tech delivery teams.
This won't be a surprise if you came to the Conversational AI Mini Summit last month as you'll have seen Neil speak very eloquently about the background to the company and their key offering, AskQ. (Neil and the Qualyfi team were also gracious supporters of the event.)
In the interview, we also discuss the evolution of technology delivery, the role of AI in training and development, and the challenges faced by organisations in standardising processes.
One aspect that was very well appreciated during Neil's talk at the Mini Summit was the democratisation of knowledge and providing opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds to excel in technology delivery. I asked Neil to expand on this during the interview.
Finally, we explore the future implications of AI on the tech industry and how organisations can leverage these advancements for competitive advantage.
