Zaion raises €11M to drive Conversational AI in France and beyond

Just in case they're not on your radar already, I want to make sure you have Zaion in your bookmarks. They're a France-based Conversational AI company having quite a good bit of success, most notably with their client (and now investor) La Banque Postale. (Or, more accurately, their FinTech investment arm, 115K.)

It was, according to this Finextra post, La Banque Postale that led the €11M round. The article also points out that Zaion is handling 2M+ calls annually for the company at a satisfaction rate of 86%.

The company's press release about the news reveals they processed 25M calls in 2024 for 50 major clients at a comprehension rate of over 90%.

I always find it somewhat alarming when the main website isn't up to date with these kind of things. The last press release to appear on their website was on 30th March 2023. The last news item was posted to the website on 22nd of May in 2023. They're pretty active with their LinkedIn updates though.
