Who are the best Conversational AI vendors that can handle the Arabic language?
I was in Riyadh 2 weeks ago talking to C-Level bank executives about Conversational AI.
Then, this week I was in Cairo doing the same.
There is a lot of interest in the region in the technology – although there's also a lot of concern about how capable today's Conversational AI systems can be. Too many have already tried and failed with previous generation 'chatbots' that were pretty useless. So there is some active scepticism in some quarters, and for good reason.
Whenever I talk about Conversational AI in the GCC and Middle East/North Africa region, I constantly get asked for vendor recommendations with experience delivering successful Arabic implementations.
I have a few in mind, but I wanted to get your perspective.
So, I need your help, dear reader: I am advising two financial institutions actively looking for Conversational AI vendors to evaluate – and they need support in both English and Arabic.
Can you recommend a vendor they should be speaking with? Who do you rate? Who do you think does a good job with both English and Arabic implementations?
