The Conversational AI Industry will be worth $38 Billion by 2029
In five years, the Conversational AI Industry will be worth $38 Billion, up from around $7 Billion this year.
So says the team at Databridge Market Research who have recently launched their Global Conversational AI Market Trends Report.
This is hot on the heels of IDC's recent report that I covered last week.
Databridge have included quite a few interesting details on their report webpage which I recommend checking out. The single user report will set you back $4,800 with the Supreme package set at $12,000.
Some of the companies they've mentioned that they are covering include:
Google, LLC (U.S.)
Microsoft (U.S.)
IBM (U.S.)
Amazon Web Services, Inc. (U.S.)
Baidu (China)
Oracle (U.S.)
SAP SE (Germany)
FIS (U.S.)
Artificial Solutions (Sweden)
Kore.ai, Inc. (U.S.)
Conversica, Inc. (U.S.)
Inbenta Holdings Inc. (U.S.)
Creative Virtual Ltd. (U.S.)
SoundHound AI, Inc. (U.S.)
Avaamo (U.S.)
Jio Haptik Technologies Limited (U.S.)
Solvvy (U.S.)
Cisco Systems, Inc. (U.S.)
Kasisto (U.S.)
Gupshup (U.S.)
I'm slightly concerned that they haven't mentioned – in this list above – leaders such as Boost.ai, PolyAI, InMoment or LivePerson – just to name a few. I think they should be included on any list like this. Maybe they're included in the main report.
There is a 'Get a sample of this report' function on the Databridge report website so I filled in the form. I was slightly frustrated being forced to stick in a phone number, but you know, dear reader, I did this for you.
The next page?
This one...
Ahhh.
At least pretend it's not a lead generator guys, come on. Send me that sample anyway... THEN follow up.
In the meantime, I'll let you know if I get a copy of the sample report – and whether it's worth you doing the same.
Update: I got a phone call, as predicted, from the company. I explained the post above. They sent me a sample - but it didn't have any metrics in it, so I can't comment on the quality.
