Santander UK chatbot follow-up
For those of you who are following along at home, I recently used the Santander UK chatbot, Sandi, to test ordering a replacement debit card (and here's the video walkthrough).
The process was so smooth that I didn't get the opportunity to pause... normally when I'm testing, there are so many convoluted screens, it's easy for me to spot the 'confirmation' screen and not actually press the button.
Santander's 'Sandi' was just too fast for me! Speaking of fast, a letter arrived this morning...
