Research & Consulting
Would you like help with your Conversational AI implementations?
Research
This year so far I have researched 80+ Conversational AI implementations, assessing their reach, effectiveness, capabilities and maturity. Can I help you understand what's going on across the industry, in terms of best practices, vendor readiness and achievements?
I can tell you what's happening across the ecosystem: I can offer guidance on the best practice methodologies and outcomes from some of the world's leading Conversational AI implementations.
Contact me to discuss research options.
Consulting
I offer independent review, diagnosis and assessment of Conversational AI installations and vendors. Would you like a second – and independent – opinion? Or perhaps you might need help compiling and managing a request for proposal ("RFP") or request for information ("RFI")?
Contact me, I can help.
Conversational AI Maturity Framework
I've developed a maturity framework to assess the current state of Conversational AI installations. If you're looking for ideas on next steps along with an independent assessment of your existing offering, I'd be delighted to assist.
Please contact me to discuss your ideas and requirements.
Vendor Identification & Research
Don't leave it to Google. As a senior executive working in financial services, I used to get really frustrated when I'd ask my teams to go and find some best-in-class vendors. They'd go and look at Gartner's list. That's sometimes very, very helpful. But often the vendors I want to speak to – or the vendors I know must be out there aren't featured by Gartner. Often my colleagues would stop at page 2 of Google and declare their 'exhaustive desktop research' complete.
Drop me a note and let's discuss how I can help you identify a series of vendors to help your specific needs.
Vendor Beauty Parades
This is one of my favourite activities because it's genuinely exciting for all concerned. When you're thinking about your next steps (but still working on your strategy), one of the best things you can do is meet some vendors. This is a great way of upskilling your teams (especially your executives) on what's happening in the market when you're still in the research stage.
Meet, talk, discuss, engage and exchange ideas. Sometimes this is one of the most effective ways of finding 'what's out there'. Even if you've got a preferred vendor in mind, meet some more. Kick the tyres. Ask them about recent implementations. Ask what they're seeing in the market.
As long as you're clear about your approach and intentions, vendors will be keen to engage. Your executives will appreciate it too. Let me do the leg work and find the right vendors for you. I'll engage with them and explain the process – making sure they're briefed and ready to meet. Specifics always change, but here's an example of one Beauty Parade I arranged recently:
- 6x Conversational AI providers, all with different strengths and approaches
- 45 minute slots (25 minute intro presentation, 20 minute discussion)
- 3 sessions on Tuesday afternoon, 3 sessions on Thursday afternoon
