Congratulations to the team at OpenDialog AI who have announced a partnership with tfigroup, one of the UK's leading insurance companies and owners of the prominent Holidaysafe brand.

The agreement will see OpenDialog AI's Conversational AI capabilities deployed first with Holidaysafe and then rolling out to other tifgroup properties in due course.

The fundamental concept – as you might expect – is to enable tifgroup insurance customers the opportunity to serve themselves via the Conversational AI interface. This will initially include self-service of information and policy-related queries.

I would imagine in due course, there may well be the ability to purchase or upgrade in this way too – but I'm just speculating here!
