OpenDialog launches AI Agent support for 2 NHS Trusts
Good news at the tail end of the year for the team at OpenDialog!
The company's Chief Customer Officer Danny Major posted on LinkedIn this morning highlighting that they've gone live with not one, but two NHS Trusts!
Danny reports that one NHS Trust is using OpenDialog's technology to offer AI support for outpatients. He further reports that another NHS Trust has just joined as a customer.
The NHS, just in case you aren't familiar, is the UK's much-lauded free-at-the-point-of-use National Health Service – and as far as I'm concerned, has been crying out (whether they're aware of it or not) for AI automation to be integrated into their processes. You only have to look at the somewhat frustrating appointment booking service to recognise the potential for Conversational AI.
No word on the specific Trusts that have gone live - that, I would presume, will be dependent on public announcement approvals which may not have been given as yet. That being said, here's a screenshot of some of the clients scrolling by on the OpenDialog website to give you some context:
I'm really pleased to hear that OpenDialog is helping them drive even more efficiencies both internally and for customers. This is brilliant news Team OpenDialog. Congratulations!
