Nordea's Mattias Fras speaks on Conversational AI

If you're at all curious about Conversational AI in financial services, then I would strongly recommend spending 20 minutes listening to this speech by Mattias Fras, the Group Head of AI Hub at Nordea Bank, the largest bank in Northern Europe.

Mattias was speaking at the recently held Boostcamp event in Oslo, hosted by Conversational AI leader, Boost.ai. I didn't manage to make the event so I'm really pleased the team at Boost have published many of the videos from the event.

In his speech Mattias shares his perspective on the bank’s AI adoption journey. He should know. He was there from the absolute beginning - if memory serves.

You'll see him talk through how Nordea's chatbot, Nova, has seamlessly integrated into their operations. You'll also see him talking about early collaboration with Boost.ai too! Those were the days!

For a leading Nordic Bank, you might expect that there is a degree of caution when it comes to the risks associated with AI. That hasn't stopped them from doing some fantastic innovation though.
