NLX hires Christian Wagner as Chief Customer Officer
NLX, the AI platform that powers advanced conversational experiences for the likes of Red Bull, United and Comcast, has some hiring news.
They've recruited Christian Wagner from AWS who joins as their Chief Customer Officer. Welcome to the Conversational AI industry, Christian.

There is, of course, quite a lot to discuss when it comes to mission-critical use cases such as financial services. That's the case with any vendor and why so many are still focused on a somewhat traditional RAG ("retrieval augmented generation") approach in order to answer management and regulator concerns.
I would presume NLX will also be able to help with that, although I haven't specifically discussed this with them.
