Kroo Bank working with Forethought to power its Conversational AI

Thanks to reader Michal who highlighted this article in The Banker about leading British digital neobank Kroo Bank has partnered with the team at Forethought to drive their Conversational AI.

I wanted to make sure I documented this as I know there are a lot of readers who are curious to understand which vendors are working with which organisations.

I know of the company but I haven't done anything directly with the team or with clients who are big users, so I'm not familiar with their offerings in detail. A quick browse across their website indicates some compelling capability, set out in a nicely structured set of platform offerings ("Solve, Triage, Assist, Discover") - here's how they describe Triage:

Just before Christmas, the company announced they were now processing a billion interactions a month. Nice!
