We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading financial services clients! They are currently looking for a skilled AI Lead to join their team for a contract until the end of the year.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
This role is responsible for Tech leadership of creation of Generative AI as a service and use of large language models that will form the base reusable capability to unlock progress across all other Colleagues & Customer use.
This resource will be responsible for the tech implementation and optimization of Gen AI models including ML Ops.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Hands-on experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence projects.
2. Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Strong background in Python and Java programming.
3. Deep Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
4. Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of effective stakeholder engagement.
5. Designing, developing, and implementing generative AI models and algorithms utilizing state-of-the-art techniques such as GPT, RAG, GANs and LangChains.
6. Developing and maintaining AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
7. Developing clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. You have experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools such as Hugging Face.
