The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing the capabilities and quality of ‘Airi’ our genAI-powered virtual assistant. This role will define and manage the target state of conversation flow and content for virtual assistants at Jaja. You will effectively line manage the AI powered assistants and take ownership of the knowledge base of context and ideal responses that it draws down upon. You will collaborate closely with various teams across the organization to shape and mold the chatbot into a best in class customer experience.
