MMR Research is hiring a Senior Conversational AI Researcher.
MMR is a global consumer and sensory research agency that helps businesses improve all aspects of the innovation journey with genuine sector expertise and industry-leading consumer research solutions. They're about 900 people based around the world and it looks like Conversational AI is becoming a key tool to help drive their work.
The researcher will be working on rolling out MMR's "CAI toolkit". I couldn't find explicit details on what that means, but I would imagine it's something to do with this detail on the Q.Bot and Sensory Bot activity from a recent MMR post:
The Nova team have been working with our new Digital team to leverage Conversational AI through chatbot surveys, as both integrated elements or standalone projects. We’ve pushed the technology to include complex probing so that we can generate deeper insights and create a more engaging participant experience.
Here are the responsibilities of the role:
- Support initial client conversations across markets to best showcase the CAI toolkit and work with the Product Manager to identify regional opportunities and barriers.
- Develop tailored training for each market according to client interest or skillsets, as well as continually building expertise and sharing learnings within the CAI Delivery team.
- Connect directly with project objectives and provide guidance on the design of questions and AI levers.
- Set up and script Q.Bot and Sensory Bot projects from end-to-end, including quality checks, link testing, data collection, ensuring streamlined delivery, and providing a final data report.
- Provide integrated analysis support through uploading data to the relevant platforms and guiding teams on usage.
- Support with storytelling development, flatplanning sessions, and debrief discussions, using knowledge and findings to strengthen capabilities across all projects.
