Interesting job alert: KeyBank is hiring a Sr. Technology Director - Conversational AI Platform
Here's another role that illustrates the ongoing development of the Conversational AI industry.
KeyBank is one of America's largest financial institutions - the 25th largest, to be precise (according to Wikipedia!). They've got assets of $187B, 1,000+ branches and about 17,000 employees.
And they're getting into Conversational AI in a big way with the hiring of a Senior Technology Director for their Conversational AI Platform.
This position will lead a team of ~50 team members and contractors responsible for multiple platforms and functions, including, but not limited to:
- Quest Enterprise Servicing Platform (QST) which is the enterprise servicing platform used by Contact Centers, Branches and Back Office Agents to service Consumer and Commercial clients.
- The Conversational AI Interaction Hub (CUB) which is the integration and orchestration layer for Voice and Chat client experiences and is the platform for our Voice Bots and Chat Bots.
- KeyPro which is our online policies and procedures repository used by multiple lines of business.
- Responsible for overseeing delivery and support of mission critical applications
Absolutely fascinating.
There's no detail on compensation, but I would imagine the 'Senior Technology Director' title would make it reasonably high.
