Fidelity launches Conversational AI Retirement Calculator

It's great to see how investment giant Fidelity is using Conversational AI – or some rather advanced chatbot technology – to help customers understand whether they are on track for saving for retirement.

It's a good use of the technology and I'd expect to see this kind of approach integrated into some kind of wider Financial Services 'agent' in future.
