The whole process behind the National Health Service is crying out for more conversational AI services in my view.
So it's great to read that EBO has launched a Conversational AI virtual assistant for the Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust.
Health Tech World has the full story:
Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust, in collaboration with The Access Group, is set to roll out EBO’s second generation Intelligent Patient Portal (IPP) that will deliver a patient-centric experience with AI-powered two-way conversation.
EBO will support the trust to automate patient facing processes end-to-end to improve care, increase staff productivity and reduce operational costs.
I think we'll see a lot more of these stories as the year progresses. I dare say it's an absolute no-brainer to deploy Conversational AI for these types of service offering.
You can find more about the company mentioned here, EBO, at https://www.ebo.ai/.
Nice worth both - and I look forward to further updates soon.
