Boost.ai's Voice Automation unifies predefined & GenAI responses

I have long been a huge fan of the team at Boost.ai, not least because I've seen their technology up close – and I've been astonished and delighted at what it has enabled for the organisations I've worked with.

The team recently posted this video on their YouTube channel highlighting how they are unifying predefined responses together with generative AI responses to deliver a blended, satisfying experience to the end customer.

They've laid the video out rather helpfully to show you how their engine is reacting in real-time as a sample call progresses. You can see it swapping seamlessly between predefined responses ("intents") and then deploying generative responses as necessary.

If I put it in simplistic terms, they're using generative responses when it doesn't matter, and when it does matter – this is financial services we're talking about – they use predefined responses. This is business-critical for any regulated entity.

See the screen capture below... Yellow is predefined. Green text is generative.

Nice work team Boost.ai!

Do take a few minutes to watch the video:

If you'd like to learn more about what the team is building, in the first instance I'd reach out to Thomas Vollmer, their VP Sales Nordics:
