boost.ai wins global Conversational AI deal with Sage; goes live in 50 days
Super congratulations to the team over at Conversational AI leader, boost.ai, who today announced their global deal with accounting behemoth, Sage.
Back in July last year, I picked up on the news that Sage was hiring in the space and one imagines that this was – in part – to be ready for the engagement with the boost.ai team.
The press release gives a lot of good, juicy information for anyone remotely interested so I would encourage you to read it.
For example, the release reports that the Sage AI agent was launched in just 50 days in Canada. Further, the team were able to go live with double the expected number of support topics. Excellent.
I'd imagine that we should expect to see to see this roll out to many more markets (and product sets).
Nice work boost.ai.
Nice work Sage!
And speaking of Sage... Phil Goss, the VP Digital Operations Enablement at Sage, is quoted in the release thus:
At Sage, we prioritise delivering excellent customer service, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Automation plays a critical role in maintaining this standard. Boost.ai's platform enables our customers to address both simple and complex queries promptly, allowing them to stay focused on running and growing their businesses.
Before joining Sage in July 2022, he was Head of Digital Care for Vodafone and according to his LinkedIn, this included their chatbot Tobi.
