Adam comments on his LinkedIn profile:
I'm so excited to announce that I have joined boost.ai to help drive outstanding experiences between people and organisations. Customer Experience is at the very heart of how organisations compete in today's market. There is no KPI, nor goal nor outcome that can afford to not put customer experience at the forefront if success is to be achieved. I'm proud to be able to make a difference in this space; we all suffer when our experience is poor and we all benefit from when CX is excellent.
boost.ai's CEO Jerry Haywood comments in the press release:
"Trust in AI, from both customers and other SaaS developers, continues to increase, but every partnership today brings a unique opportunity and challenge, especially as we continue to push our solution to the leading edge of AI innovation. Adam's skillset is grounded in IT transformation, both from a sales and partnership standpoint, meaning he's the perfect person to help boost.ai unlock growth for new partners. With Adam at the helm, both current and future partners can expect to be met with creative ways for us to grow, as Adam expands our ability to deliver generative AI agents for businesses everywhere."
