How does Glow advance human-AI interaction?
While publicly available LLMs provide great content, users of domain-specific business applications need AI to leverage proprietary data unavailable in the public domain to drive exponential benefits. Ninety percent of Tesco’s sourcing events now employ Globality to help business stakeholders quickly find the best supplier, while reducing costs by up to 20%. Similarly, UCB Pharma uses Glo to receive cost management, risk assessment, and market analysis recommendations.
These AI-generated recommendations have proven more effective than experience-based suggestions from technologists and procurement specialists.
What kind of features and improvements have you got in the roadmap?
As virtual agents like Glo expand into multimodal capabilities, they'll be able to interact with much more diverse and rich content formats than just text—leveraging video, audio and imagery in an integrated way to simplify the process further.
Every aspect of procurement will be enhanced. Glo will be proactive, predictive, and highly personalized to drive savings in areas that users hadn't identified they could capture previously.
What's your vision for future human-AI conversations?
Implementing AI in business applications isn’t about a discrete feature, it’s about implementing AI pervasively throughout the platform and delivering an intuitive, transparent and prescriptive user experience. AI-driven autonomous sourcing can instantly aggregate supplier responses, analyze the data, identify anomalies, run simulations, and deliver actionable insights in real time.
